White Chili

Ingredients

2 - 3 cans Northern Beans
3 or 4 Chicken Breasts
1/2 large Onion
16 oz. Sour Cream
1 - 8 oz block Monterrey Jack Cheese
1 - 8 oz block Monterrey Jack Cheese with jalapeno peppers
1 can diced Rotell tomatoes

Directions

Thoroughly cook chicken and dice it. Sautee onion. Dice cheese. Add all ingredients together. Heat until cheese melts and it is bubbly and hot
