Pene Pasta with Tomatoes and White Beans

Ingredients

8 oz. pene or other tubular pasta
2 - 14 1/2 oz. can chopped Italian Style tomatoes
1 - 16 oz. can rinsed and drained white beans
1 - 10 oz. pkg fresh spinach - chopped (discard tough stems
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions, drain. In a large, non-stick skillet, combine tomatoes and beans. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add spinach and cook 2 minutes or until spinach wilts, stirring occasionally. Divide pasta, top with sauce and cheese.
